We arrived at the Port Canaveral 11:15 The line for security was out the door. It moved rather quickly. We were on the boat by 12:00. We went up to the Windjammer for lunch the line was long and had to wait for a table. Food was OK. We found out later we could have went down 1 deck to eat with no line.

We were part of a group. The food was awful, but the service was great. I believe the cruise lines are trying to force people to pay for upgraded food. I miss the old days of cruising. First of all - the ship is beautiful and the rooms were nice/clean (small and small balcony but nice enough). Central Park and the Boardwalk were very pretty and the main lobby was nice too. The staff was also very, very nice and they all seemed happy to be there.

The cruise certainly had a target market -- people who had a lot of money to spend. The experience was ok. First few days were not enjoyable and I just wanted to click my heels and be home. got sick off of the breakfast at Windjammer the first day and refused to go back.

The restaurant staff provided my family with exceptional service. In the dining hall, you could order as many courses as you want, all included in the price. I definitely recommend going to the dining hall if you want to dress up more. If not, the buffet has an average selection of food with desserts galore.

Customer service and majority of staffs working on the cruise have bad service. Extra charge was put on the account. We travel in the middle on high season some of the on board activity was cut back due to under staff and other activity have to wait in line more than 1 hours. Buffet staffs are not friendly.
