We cruised on the Carnival Magic in February and I wound up getting very sick and recuperating at home for almost the whole month of March. I took this as a make up cruise and, in spite of two stormy days, missing the Aqua show, missing CocoCay, and our visit to Nassau, we enjoyed ourselves. We had friendly, helpful waiters and a good room steward. Mama Mia, the Blue Planet, and Blades (the ...

Everything extra The ship is huge and amazing. High quality, construction and materials are everywhere you look. It’s brand new and brilliant. The Voom internet package provides great streaming service. Entertainment is very high quality. Every crew member is friendly and strives to do what you want them to do. The promenade parties and parades draw big, happy crowds. There are lots of ...

My first oasis class cruise !! This was my first oasis class cruise as a solo traveler. + Pros The Royal Promenade had the feeling of being at Disney Springs. The Central Park was like a Botanical Garden. The Board Walk had a Northeast ( Jersey Shore ) look to it. The Aqua Show was Amazing !! The Solarium ( 18+ Pool Area ) had a great view overlooking the front of the ship, ...

We decided to go on this cruise because Halloween fell on the second day of the trip. It was a great time to go! The ship was decorated and there was a huge Halloween parade on the Promenade deck that night. And yes, my wife and I participated, going as The Joker and Harley Quinn! While on the cruise, we ate at 2 specialty dining restaurants. The first one was Hooked, the seafood restaurant. ...

This was a 3/4 day cruise, which was back to back. I have always enjoyed cruising back to back with my husband. He passed away recently, so now, I solo cruise. I enjoy cruising. My kids encouraged me to solo Cruise. I don’t regret it at all. I’ve met very friendly people. The staff on Independence of the Seas was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The ship is really amped up. I enjoyed ...

My husband and I recently returned from a cruise on the Wonder of the Seas. It was a long-anticipated vacation as our original sailing date was November of 2022 but there was a medical emergency (not Covid related) onboard the sailing previous to our expected sailing date and the ship was not able to dock in Port Canaveral until later in the week. We were most pleased that we were given a cabin ...

My first ever Royal Caribbean cruise experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Traveling solo, I embarked on this adventure with high expectations, and the cruise surpassed them in several ways. The standout feature of this RC cruise was the impeccable staff service. From the moment I stepped on board, they recognized my solo traveler status and went out of their way to ensure I felt ...

We have taken two cruises on the Wonder of the Seas out of Port Canaveral, both in 2023. The first was a family cruise with three Grand Suite cabins and the last my wife and I in a Grand Suite. The Grand Suites are on deck 17, along with the Coastal Kitchen and suite lounge. The cabins and restaurant/lounge are card key accessed. Direct access to the deck 17 area is via the inside elevators at ...
