My room smelled like urine and the toilets were not working properly for two days

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Mariner of the Seas

My room smelled like urine the last three days that we were on board and the toilets would flush only intermittently the last two days. Multiple cabins in the 3000 section of the ship had the same issue. Multiple room attendants stated that it was an ongoing issue. When we boarded the safe in our room was not attached to anything and we were initially told that it was too late to fix/secure the ...

Do not book a wedding with Royal Caribbean!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Allure of the Seas

Do not under any circumstances book a wedding on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship, especially Allure of the seas, it was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had! To start I received a text message at 10pm the night before my wedding confirming all guests would be there by 9:30am, We were originally told 10am although I told my guests 9:30 to ensure no one would be late. In addition to ...

Never in my entire life have I seen so many old people in one place. If you are younger and going to have fun with people in their 20’s or younger this is definitely not the cruise line for you. Because the ship is mostly all elderly people most of the activities are for old people. Ship was so boring spend most days taking naps till the one good event of the day if there was any. Most cruise ...

Main Dining Room and Windjammer Buffet POOR MEAT QUALITY, We No Lnger Recommend RCCL & we won't be back.

We've been cruising since the 1970's with RCCL and are Diamond level customers. We will not cruise with RCCL again !!! RCCL has cut back on selections and the quality of the meats served in the Main Dining Room and Windjammer Buffet. We paid $8K for an 8 day cruise with a spacious balcony cabin, drink packages, one specialty dinner and The Key. The very least RCCL could do is serve a ...

I had a decent time because I was with good friends. The food was terrible (buffet) all fried foods and low quality. Even the nights for the “formal dinning” was nothing more than the buffet food served on a nice plate with waiters. We decided to make reservations and pay extra for good food. That was a huge disappointment. I ordered lobster and it came out with a white sauce smothered all over ...

The good, the bad and the VERY ugly: First the good: The ship is clean and the staff are very nice and work extremely hard. The ship is rather new and we enjoyed the decor. The ice show was spectacular! The performers are so professional and I really enjoyed the 4 seasons show. We really enjoyed eating at Playmakers sports bar. If you like Ahi tuna, check out their Ahi tuna ...

Ship is already falling apart

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Wonder of the Seas

We had the worst cabin on the ship, on deck 14 right under pool chairs. All day and night we hear dragging of metal chairs on the metal deck. It’s like torture. Whole 7 days and nights listening to metal on metal dragging. This ship is only half a year old and chairs in dining rooms already have holes in them. They placed smoking area right next to the entrance to Wind Jammers, the main buffet. So ...

Not what we were expecting

Our son had us try Royal Caribbean because we are avid Carnival Cruisers. We were not impressed with the food, or service on this cruise. Not only were wait staff not friendly most were very rude to us and we watched them be rude to others. Even tipping good did not change their demeanor. Everything is extra on this ship. Toddlers could not play with older siblings in the water park and ...

From the outdated tvs to the bad attitude of staff, we found this ship to be one annoyance to another. The casino seemed like a rip off. I’m not sure I saw one person win anything in that casino. Folks were sitting at tables and just giving there money away. At one point I saw the blackjack dealer hit 6 blacks in a row and didn’t bust for half an hour. Very suspect. Don’t play here. The food ...

Poor - Overbooked/Weak attractions/Unsanitary. Save your money.

Such a waste of our savings. The greed of Royal Caribbean is pretty sickening. They should be ashamed. I doubt they would even blink. We felt very misled on their attractions and offerings. Example 1 - I went for an abs class/seminar. There was no actual abs seminar or workout, it was rather a ruse to attempt to sell me their health products. Waste of cruise time. Example 2 - Coco Bay - you have ...
