We sailed on Oasis of the Sea on Dec 17, 2017 to Eastern Caribean. We were very disappointed. The air conditioner did not work in our stateroom and we were given a fan by our stateroom attendant, he was really nice. We were on floor 12, the view was awesome.
I found an insect/bug in my food plate at windjammer, when i informed the person in charge, he said "I cannot do anything. Sorry!" ...

Port of Canaveral allowed us to drive our family easily, Ship itself. Would return due to quality of entertainment. Staff have a notably positive attitude, and seem genuinely interested in providing us a great time. Terrible experience with dirty stained carpets and odors The boat is very unstable and regardless of sea conditions it seemed as if the boat stabilizers were not well deployed. This cruise is for third world cruisers only... There are plenty of hot dogs and hamburgers served at every meal so you will be too full to get to the 'decent' food !!! Last Minute deal. Seems to be good price, until you get on board and Oasis is charging for everything. We booked this cruise while on board of Harmony - on the previous week, so we had fresh and recent information on how Harmony was operating. On Oasis they did not honored the prices that shows on the App, charged gratuity for EVERY single transaction on board.

I chose this cruise line because I was told it was the best. The cabins are too small, I requested early dining and was given late dining and the dining crew refused to correct the mistake that they made, and the guests can't do their own laundry because Royal Caribbean doesn't supply a room for laundry or ironing.
