Bug in food. Bad cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

We sailed on Oasis of the Sea on Dec 17, 2017 to Eastern Caribean. We were very disappointed. The air conditioner did not work in our stateroom and we were given a fan by our stateroom attendant, he was really nice. We were on floor 12, the view was awesome. I found an insect/bug in my food plate at windjammer, when i informed the person in charge, he said "I cannot do anything. Sorry!" ...

Dirty unstable ship

Terrible experience with dirty stained carpets and odors The boat is very unstable and regardless of sea conditions it seemed as if the boat stabilizers were not well deployed. Numerous members of the behind counter service staff were unfriendly and not at all pleasant. The dishware was at times dirty especially the coffee cups were apparently not checked or properly washed. The beverage machines ...

We have sailed with Royal Caribbean in the past. And we like their customer service both dining room and house cleaners. A wonderful experience. Because of the staff of Royal Caribbean we will stay loyal to Royal Caribbean. We enjoyed the shows, dinner and other entertainment. Meet lots of nice folks while relaxing by pool side and dinner. Looking forward to our next cruise. Our best experience ...

This cruise is for third world cruisers only... There are plenty of hot dogs and hamburgers served at every meal so you will be too full to get to the 'decent' food !!! (they serve them at every lunch and dinner!! ) They charge 8.36 for a 16 oz Bud !!. The food in the WindJammer is so-so - and many times, you have to wait to be seated in the buffet area! The Dining Room service is ...

The Worst Cruise Experience I've Had

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

After experiencing royal Caribbean for the third time I can say without a doubt they are the worst cruise line experience I’ve had. After paying full price for our rooms and amenities and beds my 3 cabin mates and I were sold a room without adequate sleeping space without any warning or hint that we would not all receive beds to sleep in at night. After finding there would be only enough space to ...

Last Minute deal. Seems to be good price, until you get on board and Oasis is charging for everything. We booked this cruise while on board of Harmony - on the previous week, so we had fresh and recent information on how Harmony was operating. On Oasis they did not honored the prices that shows on the App, charged gratuity for EVERY single transaction on board. Overall ship seems to be not well ...

was not impressed by the ship, the staff was not very friendly, there was a language barrier at some points. the staff appeared not be very knowledgeable of the different events. asked 5 different crew members the same question and not a single one could answer the question. the ship does not provide irons in cabins. so pack a steamer, as irons are not allowed on aboard. be prepared to show your ...

Cruise from HELL

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

I chose this cruise line because I was told it was the best. The cabins are too small, I requested early dining and was given late dining and the dining crew refused to correct the mistake that they made, and the guests can't do their own laundry because Royal Caribbean doesn't supply a room for laundry or ironing. Overall this cruise line "SUCKS". The crew need to attend a "Customer Service" ...

I chose this cruise due to the best timing on Royal Caribbean, we had used them in the past and were impressed. This cruise ensured that we will NEVER use Royal Caribbean again, this was a horrible experience, we spent an hour + in line at guest services 5 times, meaning we spent more times in line at guest services then either of our ports of call combined. One of our ports of call was canceled ...
