"The Oasis is by far a beautiful ship but..it's just way too crowded,. The elevators were always full and we winded up having to wait for another one to come. The Boardwalk is similar to a mall and it was also..."Read More

1-10 of 96 Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas Cruise Reviews for Senior Cruises to the Western Caribbean
updates on the boat are very nice
on board activities are done nicely
staff is nice
menu is very repetitious for 7 night
select dining has much to be desired at the extra expense. Food was a D at Izumi
rooms are acceptable with decent closet space
Drinks of course are very overpriced
Excursions in Haiti were not available due to weather with a very unprepared private island ...
We booked the Oasis based on all the amazing reviews! No lines, Never feels crowded ect. Not sure if we were on the same ship!!! We went in January which also just happen to coincide with a Jewish holiday.(they had their own restaurant and elevator) No big deal except the Solarium bistro was kosher only the entire cruise and FULL of screaming kids. This is located in the Adult Solarium!! The ...
I was expecting a lot more out of Royal Caribbean. Especially after hearing how it would be from ppl that I’ve talked to. The ship itself was very nice. But the food was horrible in comparison to carnival. We only went to breakfast one time in the main diner and didn’t bother going back after. The pancakes were like rubber. Didn’t have a lot to choose from and they had the same thing for breakfast ...
Norovirus hit the ship and got 7 of the 10 traveling with so sick, including a 1 year old and a 5 year old. The crew was doing what they could, it just wasn't enough. They gave everyone free movies and free room service, restricted to what the medical staff said they could eat. Room service was just overwhelmed. Our rooms were on the same level but not near each other. I walked on average 11 miles ...
The two of us got onboard Oasis on 12/9 to enjoy the 8-day Western Caribbean tour. Overall, the experience was positive, as 85-90% of the trip was well organized and executed. The reason for 2-star rating were those few situations which RC could resolve, but they apparently have chosen not to.
The ship was spacious, well maintained, and with a lot of amenities. Plenty of activities to choose ...
First, This is a big boat. But it's mostly storage for all of the passengers. There are not enough amenities to host all of the passengers comfortably. Many times we found we had to wait in lines to be seated for food, for soda machines, ice cream machines, and (most annoyingly) elevators (all the time).
We chose this cruise because it was a 'DreamWorks' cruise. We thought it would be ...
We were SOOOO excited for this cruise. Everything we’d been told we would definitely be stepping up from carnival by choosing this cruise. NOT TRUE. First, the boat itself is spectacular. Lots to do and see, no question. The best pizza joint on the ocean and always stocked. Main dining, SUCKED. Food not good and most nights it was cold. Service sub par in comparison to other cruise lines as far as ...
I chose this cruise to give Royal Caribbean a try since my last Carnival Cruise was so bad. Royal Caribbean does cost quite a bit more than Carnival so I did expect better food and better service and or amenities than I would expect on Carnival. Royal Caribbean service on this cruise was not as good as Carnival and neither was the food in spite of the fact that I paid for premium dining 3 or the ...
I cannot begin to tell you how upset I am with Royal Caribbean, this ship, and the unempowered folks at their call center. First night in Americana Cafe (3rd floor dining room), there were tee shirts and shorts almost everywhere at 730 dinner. I'm not talking kids, I'm talking adults who should know better. Why have rules for dress if you are not going to enforce them. Waiter was excellent. ...
My family of 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 14, 10, and 10 months) went on the Oasis of the Seas for our yearly vacation. Cabin was disappointing as it did not accommodate 4 people plus pack n play which was sold to me when I booked. So we were crammed in a room and baby had to sleep in our bed. One incident was when we attended a family game activity that took a rated "R" turn when the host said in ...
