We sailed on the Oasis of the Seas on 30th June for a 7 night Med cruise, calling at Palma, Marseilles, La Spezia, Rome, and Naples. Boarding was in Barcelona and the ship is so large that it boards over two terminals. We were allocated terminal C and after dropping off our cases we were on board the ship in less than 30 minutes from arriving at the terminal. Upon boarding, we were greeted with a ...

Really nice, smooth sailing comfortable ship that was clean, well designed, well attended with excellent room / waiter service, two flow riders, a beautiful 8th floor central garden, rock climbing, zip line, too much entertainment for us to choose from all to outstanding sites with many options for excursions. We flew into Barcelona directly from Newark, cleared customs in Barcelona that was not ...

First cruise for husband and I with Royal Caribbean and first Mediterranean cruise. Ship was beautiful and clean. Always saw someone cleaning/wiping/mopping/sweeping etc...Crew was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Never felt crowded and often wondered where all the people were. I had heard the cabins were smaller than what we have had on other ships but didn't notice any difference. We had a ...

Port Heavy Fun

I chose this cruise because I wanted to experience Europe and to feel safe and grounded while doing that. Maybe I would choose a cruise with less port intense agenda. Getting out every morning and walking for hours on end was too labor intensive for me, but it was still wonderful! Dining was a highlight of my day. I did dinner every evening in the main dining room. It was fun and I looked ...

Do Not Take Amalfi Bus Tour

It’s a complete waste of time. The traffic is horrific. We sat in traffic for hours. Bus was hot as Hades. Basically paid for a 7 day cruise and spent a day sitting on the side of the cliff stopped for most of the day. Outrageous. We booked the Roman walking tour that ended with entering the Colosseum from the gladiator enterence. It was astounding. Well worth the expensive cost. The ship ...

You could not ask for a better experience on a cruise than with the RC family. We are avid cruisers and from the Captain himself to the room attendants where outstanding! The food in every area was spot on and being in the entertainment industry, the entertainment at every level was outstanding! The cabins where clean and always attended and the service for our rooms where outstanding. Our ...

Family cruise vacation - 9 out of 10!

We chose this cruise based on history with RCL and the itinerary - Spain, France and Italy in one week! It was a great cruise, a little chilly since it was not that hot in late May and no real pool time aboard the ship - lots of hot tub time at night after daily port stops and lots of walking! Oasis is a great ship, our first time aboard but we had been on other Oasis ships before - only ...

Excellent cruise

Our cruise was excellent. The Oasis of the Seas is in excellent conditions and the ship is wonderful. The route in the Mediterranean is great and the port of calls are excellent. But Royal Caribbean has some issues that are not too good. The food and service in the main dining rooms are not the best to say the least. If you do not go to the specialty restaurants paying extra you will not find good ...

Package was a very good deal.. This was our first cruise and it would definitely entice us to go again. So much to do and see. The music being played in central park was so nice when we were relaxing on our balcony. Every night we had a different towel arrangement on our bed. Pranav and Tarin were our waiters for dinner a couple of nights and they couldn't do enough for us. They made our ...

When Royal Caribbean for the first time (with friends) Ship is very large. Easy to navigate around. They think of everyone aboard , Kids under 6 yrs have their own area, pools and play area. Food is some of the best I've had aboard a ship. I've been on many cruise's on other ship's. Servers are the best, they ask to help, even if in the buffet area, they'll get you any thing you may want, ...
