Overpriced for the value. We cruised with 14 family members. We drove down to Miami for the cruise. Parking ramp was very expensive for the five days. Parking ramp had no signage on how to get around, including getting out. Stateroom (verandah) was terrible. Bed was old and rock hard. Every 2 or 3 years we go on a Cruise. Royal Caribbean was always my first choice.
Last time ( 2 years ago) I had a bad experience. This time was even worst.
Food is not the same anymore. The amazing dinner that i used to have , it is gone.
The staff ( with some exceptions) was rude . The main answer was " Sorry , we can not do anything " .

2nd time on this ship. WAS our favorite ship. But over all experience has dropped. Food, shows, ports of call, just was not as good.

This was a charter cruise for us on the Navigator of the Seas 5 day trip that was originally scheduled for Falmouth Jamaica and Labadee, Haiti. Thank you to Royal Carribean for switching ports to Coco Cay Bahamas after the reports of violence in Jamaica.

The ship was very clean. The grand suite was very roomy. The service staff was great.
The entertainment was ok. Dinner in the main dining room was good. Had to pay extra to eat at the other restaurants on the ship. The drink package cost was to expensive.

Have been on several cruises, this one was the worst. Not sure if it was because it was a charted trip or not, but the staff was unfriendly for the most part. The food wasn't that great unless you paid extra to eat in the fancy restaurants which we did. We went to the Steakhouse, Mexican and Italian restaurants and the food was great. We have always been VERY pleased with our experiences aboard Royal Caribbean ships. This ship however DID NOT meet our expectations. Most of the crew was very professional and helpful but very disorganized and not very knowledgable; the ship needs a lot of work.
We did not have the use of our cabin for several hours due to a plumbing issue on our floor.
