As a passenger on Navigator of the Seas I found the Staff to be helpful and courteous up to the usual standard of Royal Caribbean although overall I found them not to be as happy as previous staff on other Royal Caribbean Ships. This was my 2nd cruise - my husbands 1st, we travelled with our 12 year old daughter.
