See belowThis truly was a disaster. My wife's 50th birthday treat, a weeks cruise. My wife was either angry or in tears for the week.
Everything was going well until the first day proper when going to use the bathroom it was flooded. Not convenient when needing the toilet. Let that one slide after staff came round rodded the pipes and staff cleaned and sterilized.

I love to cruise and was extremely disappointed with this one. Gluten Free section in Windjammer was definitely not gluten free. Cleanliness in the Windjammer was not up to par. The stairs were filthy. On quite a few occassions there were no cups in the morning for coffee and no butter or peanut butter. Have just come back from this cruise and if you do not want to spend 14 nights without any sleep make sure you are not in room 9601or 9603. We spent every night being woken up at 1 and 3 in the morning by loud bangs and then the sound of gushing water. To be told that the main pipe ran through the room and they were emptying the Jacuzzi.

Amazing experience, totally recommend Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas.
We had an amazing holiday, so relaxing and great there is an adults sunbathing area separated from the children's area.
All staff exceptional, food great, entertainment great.
Stayed on the ship in Malaga as after seeing Italy I don't think there was any comparison.

We like the food. Their provision for various diets was excellent. We are particularly interested in gluten free food and their provision was outstanding. first cruise on Navigator of the Seas and most definitely our last! Poor quality food, very little choice, no fish selection of vegetables or fish, served luke warm and repetitive. I would liken the food to a budget holiday camp!
