This was our 50th cruise with Royal and by far the worst. Boarding was a nightmare. I understand that there was no terminal, just a tent. That was out of Royal's control. But there were no Royal representatives to help on the dock. No one to tell us where to drop off luggage, or assist with the 1/4 mile long line. No one to assist with handicapped till 3 pm. Got to dock at 1 pm didn't board ...

The food wasn't too good. We had a smell in our cabin that they couldn't get rid of. We tried to spray & the odor just came back. They cleaned the carpet & cleaned everything in the cabin. We started to leave the balcony door open just to keep the odor down. Pillow was flat as a pancake I had to get an extra pillow since the flat pillow was giving a neck ache. We couldn't use our toilet for a day ...

RCCL Navigator of the Seas We cruised 7 days from November 27 to December 4, 2016, and this was our 57th cruise. We are rated Diamond with RCCL and we cruise with several other cruise lines. We had a balcony cabin. Cabin condition and its size were fine. Ship’s public areas were all fine. The food offerings in the main dining room and on the Deck 11 buffets were way below what we have ...

Our beloved RCCL really dropped the ball on this one and has shaken our opinion of the cruise line. My wife and I are Diamond Crown and Anchor members and this was our 20th cruise on RCCL. We sailed on the Navigator of the Seas last year and had such a wonderful cruise experience we could hardly wait to sail on her again. I suppose this review will sound more like venting but I hope to save ...

We picked this cruise just to get away for a break. This was our 5th cruise, 3 of which were in the last 17 months. (Did we say retirement!) 4 out of 5 cruises were on RC ships. We parked at Park 'N Go about a mile from the port. We had excellent service being dropped off and picked up. Upon arrival at the port we had a smooth embarkation with approximately 30 minutes time lapse from the ...

I chose this cruise because it was priced right and I wanted to experience this ship. I also had never been to Labadee, their private island. The ship was beautiful and very clean. The cabin and especially the bathroom was quite small for a balcony stateroom. We had purchased 3 nights in specialty restaurants prior to the cruise. When we got on board, a man from the Sabor Mexican restaurant ...

First Time Cruiser

First off I would like to say that this was my first cruise and my wifes 11th and I was very excited and looking forward to this trip for months and then this all happened. Check in took 2.5 hours as their computers were down, so we were herded under a shelter to wait in line as it was raining very hard, all guest luggage was put onto trollies but were left out in the rain, everyone's bags got ...

First, the good. Food, service, and shows were all excellent. I reserve the "bad" for the ship and for Royal Caribbean itself. While we are not heavily experienced cruisers, this was our third cruise and this ship is substandard compared to the older and smaller Serenade of the Seas and Celebrity Century. Why substandard? Let me name the ways. First, I was really, really irked by the ...

This was our first cruise and we were so excited! We arrived on time and had to wait 3 hours (with a baby) to board the ship. We bought a drink package, but didn't realize they were charging us every day for the entire 8 days. That is partially our fault for not reading the fine print, however, we were never given a receipt to sign and were pretty upset at the end of the week when they charged is ...

Ship looks great inside with the refurbish. they spent millions of dollars to upgrade this. However the food in the buffet was a 7.99 type of buffet. i have been on many Cruises including royal , i cruise 2-3 times a year. I noticed less variety as well as lower quality. (cheap Chinese buffet desserts, no cake pies ect) the main dinning room was ok some nights however overall i found the food ...
