Because the price was right, not to expensive and the destinations. We've been with the Royal Caribbean a number of times, all though the Independance of the seas is our favourite ship we do find the prices have shot up since its been refurbished.Children seem to be thier priority. The last cruise we've been on was the Navigator of the Seas, tidy size ship,we were on deck two, room 2286 sea view, ...
Booked cruise on reviews as our first cruise. Don't get me wrong staff where great but expected a cabin with more room as did explain my daughter was wheel chair bound. Only just got here in with wheelchair in room may need to paint door after we have gone. They new we had a daughter in a wheelchair when we booked but never explained how small cabins are and still let us book. The restaurant staff ...
This is a BIG ship, but easy enough to find your way around after initial familiarisation. We chose to visit Northern Europe - Hamburg (OK, but not scintillating), Oslo (excellent) and Bruges (always lovely), since apart from Bruges these were destinations that we had not previously visited (we generally prefer smaller ships). We booked at the beginning of the year and paid just over £80 each ...
We booked this for a family holiday. 2 in our late 50's and 2 adult children 20 and 21. We booked a suite as it worked out cheaper then 2 rooms and gave us access to a range of suite benefits. Cabin 8694 - had it as a 3 bed apartment setup. Worked well for us.
Priority boarding and disembarkation _ very smooth.
Access to the Concierge lounge _ small but complimentary drinks and canapes_ ...
I so enjoyed my time on Navigator of the Seas it was so nice to be back. Navigator is still a lovely ship for me and my cruise seemed to pass so quickly. I know that Navigator is due a dry dock i think in January and many upgrades and changes are to happen. I found the ship to be very well kept and maintained.
The staff on board were so amazing Nalini my kind cabin stewardess, Romeo in the ...
We choose this cruise because of the stops and total days. This was a great way to see other world cities and have a great time doing so. It was our 3rd cruise with Royal Caribbean, a great cruise line and very well organised. Never a dull moment. All the shows were great and the comedians were quite funny. A great variety with dancing and singing by some of the best performers on any ship. ...
Chose this cruise for the itinerary and we weren't let down by this - a good selection of ports, places we wouldn't necessarily want to spend a lot of time in but wanted to visit.
Boarded at Southampton and cannot fault the efficiency of the staff and check in process.
Once on board we were very disappointed with the decor of the ship and the so called 'state room' which looked more like a ...
Time of year and amazing destinations we have never experienced before. Most were easily explored on our own. Great weather may for memorable sunsets and good use of the balcony. Travelling under the Great Belt Bridge with 1.5 metres to spare at midnight was thrilling. We enjoyed the itinerary so much we would repeat the experience one day. Would have liked to call into Stockholm but was not on ...
We chose this itinerary as we had never been to this part of the world before and love RCI.
Embarkation/debarkation was flawless and quick.
We chose a promenade cabin which was fine, quite quiet and kept clean by Adams.
Couldn’t fault the food in the Windjammer, Chops Grille or the MDR. All the staff were very friendly and efficient.
Everywhere was kept lovely and clean, all the ...
In the last 8 years this would be our 11th cruise, 7 of which have been RCI. We chose this itinerary mainly for the overnight stop in Saint Petersburg and that it called in Oslo, Tallinn and Copenhagen.
With a free Deluxe Drinks Package and Free Gratuities, the price for an outside accessible cabin (one of our party in a wheelchair) was quite reasonable.
Over the years we've come to expect ...
