This was our first experience of Royal Caribbean but sadly, very likely to be our last. Embarkation and disembarkation went quite quickly and smoothly but that is about it for the positives. We did not choose or cabin as it was part of a package deal but found it to be one of the smallest inside cabins we have ever had, very cramped. It was not very clean and obviously had not been hovered in a ...

If you want to eat after 10 in the evening and want more then a roll or a burnt pizza. Entertainment was a joke the cruise director needs replacing. Example colouring by numbers as an afternoon entertainment. The cruise seemed to concentrate on people who were returning customers rather then new. Formal nights were a joke, you got dressed up to walk into the dining room for your evening meal ...

Family trip to travel home from Florida. It was an absolute disaster, the food was inedible cold and on two occasions the meat was raw.. I made several complaints to customer services and to F&B director but no acceptable improvements were made, my wife and I contracted Gastrointestinal problems on penultimate day and we were quarantined in our suite until we disembarked. If you or your family and ...

Having a home in England and a winter home in Florida we always cruise both both ways, in November and April. Usually the cruise lines try to make this repositioning cruise special but from the moment we boarded it had the feeling of a ferry. Food in the self-service and main dining room was of the cheapest quality so much so that one night after two inedible dishes I ordered eggs & chips. Formal ...

No activities during the day, No exercise, dance or yoga classes. Only trivia, if you like trivia. RCCL trivia scheduled for 5:00 pm which interferes with guests dressing for dinner. Items in Cruise Compass so very hard to read because print was so very small and cruise director would not accept constructive criticism. Captain and Hotel director were only seen one time. Captain at top ...

Being an experienced cruiser with many different cruise lines, and as Diamond Club members of Royal Caribbean, my wife and I looked forward to this transatlantic journey for the ship, the food, the entertainment and for the stop in Boston, one of the few ports we hadn't been to. We were horribly dissappointed on all counts! Anything involving guest relations was terribly mismanaged, with ...

I was recovering from Cancer, and the cruise was a delayed 70th birthday celebration. Celebration!!!! That was the last thing this cruise was. I had believed that Royal Caribbean would be a reputable company, but it seemed that you penny-pinched in almost every corner of the ship. The shows were abysmal. Only two of them were worthy to be called shows, these were the 'Beatles' and the Ice ...

We took our first t/a on this same ship two years ago and got totally hooked on transatlantics, this trip was our fourth t/a in two years. R/C must have had all the in training officers put on this ship, it was really unorganized. The activities were led by people that had Just been informed that they were doing it or had not been told at all. The entire ship was hot in all the public areas so ...
