Cold food and unclean room

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

This was our first experience of Royal Caribbean but sadly, very likely to be our last. Embarkation and disembarkation went quite quickly and smoothly but that is about it for the positives. We did not choose or cabin as it was part of a package deal but found it to be one of the smallest inside cabins we have ever had, very cramped. It was not very clean and obviously had not been hovered in a ...

If you want to eat after 10 in the evening and want more then a roll or a burnt pizza. Entertainment was a joke the cruise director needs replacing. Example colouring by numbers as an afternoon entertainment. The cruise seemed to concentrate on people who were returning customers rather then new. Formal nights were a joke, you got dressed up to walk into the dining room for your evening meal ...

Shabby ship, extremely expensive

We chose this cruise after sampling a PandO cruise in May. we liked that so much that we wanted to go again soon - having a small child meant that we have to stick to school holidays and this cruise was the only one available. Even though it was October we thought there would be enough to do on board to make it enjoyable. How wrong we were. There was hardly anything to do away from the elements ...

First Time With Royal Caribbean That I’m Not Happy

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

I love to cruise and was extremely disappointed with this one. Gluten Free section in Windjammer was definitely not gluten free. Cleanliness in the Windjammer was not up to par. The stairs were filthy. On quite a few occassions there were no cups in the morning for coffee and no butter or peanut butter. When I asked to have peanut butter or butter one morning I was handed, from a cabinet, 2 ...

Have just come back from this cruise and if you do not want to spend 14 nights without any sleep make sure you are not in room 9601or 9603. We spent every night being woken up at 1 and 3 in the morning by loud bangs and then the sound of gushing water. To be told that the main pipe ran through the room and they were emptying the Jacuzzi. On a positive note the main dinning room staff and room ...

Worst cruise ship

First of all, I previously cruised with Royal Caribbean "Allure of the Seas", and it was so exhilarating, I was looking forward to cruising with their Navigator of the Seas. Alas, I was completely disappointed in my experience with this ship. Here are some of the reasons: 1. When the ship docked, there was no one to direct passengers to the gangway. Yes, there were signs posted on the ...

Review for a Mediterranean Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

Amazing experience, totally recommend Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas. We had an amazing holiday, so relaxing and great there is an adults sunbathing area separated from the children's area. All staff exceptional, food great, entertainment great. Stayed on the ship in Malaga as after seeing Italy I don't think there was any comparison. Two downsides with the execursions which ...

We like the food. Their provision for various diets was excellent. We are particularly interested in gluten free food and their provision was outstanding. There are a lot of various activities and theatre shows were outstanding. We did go on 2 excretions and they were both well organised and very good. We ate at the Windjammer all the time. Our daughter, husband and their 2 children also came ...

We are ardent and addicted cruisers (just in 2017 we are having 6 cruises). We love good service and we are willing to pay for it. So we choose to sail as suite guests. Before we book this cruise we've been told, that the cruise ship was refurbished in 2014. We also been told, that the beloved coastal kitchen will not be on board, however the Chops will be operated very comparable as breakfast and ...

Review for a Europe - All Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

I am not a seasoned cruiser by any means but have sailed enough to understand a good ship, good value for money and just how enjoyable cruising can be. The Navigator is a ship that is showing its age, it has been on the sea since 2002 and the facilities are dated. The dining room service is awful, passengers needing hospital treatment after eating in the main restaurant is the worst we heard ...
