The ship was beautiful, but dated.
The shops on board a very good idea, but dated and very over priced, which I did not expect.
The cabin was dated, had a tv, but only one English program. WFI over 12 dollars a day.
The nets were creased dirty and torn, the pillow smelt of head sweat. The cost of the cruise was over £5000 for two so was not happy.

My husband and I were wanting to see the Baltic and this cruise itinerary was appealing and met our expectations. This was my 10th Cruise and 3rd with RC. I must say I was very disappointed how far RC have fallen. They are generally the most expensive so you'd expect everything to go well or if not, corrected PDQ.

Navigator of the Seas was the wrong ship for a Baltic Cruise: As no one was outside due to cool weather, there just wasn't any room anywhere on this ship to spend any time outside of your cabin. Having travelled on RCI ships before, I was looking forward to this cruise.
Biggest issues for me were the following:
- poor food - really awful - poor quality and often cold - reminded me of hospital food
- crowded - found the ship very crowded, had to queue for absolutely everything.

Ship was renovated like a miniature version of Oasis/Allure.
TV is limited with repeating shows shown in multiple languages.
The safe feels like an oven when you pop open due to the equipment below such as TV and refrigerator.
Given a choice between show versus dinner, we choose dinner since Windjammer close at 9pm. In the past it stayed open longer.
