Cruised about 20 times - 4 or five with Royal C. Check in very quick and onboard by 11.15
Cabin not cleaned properly for the 2 weeks - never hoovered ( same bits on the floor when we arrived, were still there when we left.
Shower had hairs from previous customers...

We chose this 14 night cruise for the ports of call and it was when we boarded that we realised how happy we were to return to RCI. Everything was enjoyable and the quality of service met our expectations. The staff were happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs.
Although there are some negatives below, our enjoyment wasn't spoiled.

We chose this cruise on the recommendation of a friend. Cabin 3628 was very stuffy and noisy caused by the ships engine and extractor fan. The destinations were what we were wanted to visit. Having already cruised with this company on the Adventure and Explorer of the Seas we were happy with the standard.
They all carry approximately 3k passengers and there is plenty of room in the various areas of the ship, although when the weather is inclement seats are at a premium.
