My husband and I have been cruising with Royal Caribbean for years. We love the cruise line and have always had a good experience. It was my bucket list item to go on a Panama Canal Cruise. We picked it for the Cruise Destinations, thru the Panama.
Started in San Diego, loved SD, stay at the Sheraton (close to airport and cruise port) and walked around, to Little Italy, the docks, Dinner at the Fish Market.

Nice ship, just the right size for this type of cruise. Nice crew. The waiters in the main ding room went out of their way to remember what your favorite food items were. The Ship was Tired. The windows were either dirty and had not cleaned in a while or the plain were in need of replacement. The seals were clearly gone in the double pained windows and we watched water "sloshing" in one window as the Ship rocked. Elevator lights did not function and this was common.

Our Panana Canal cruise was wonderful! A full 15 days with great ports, many sea days aboard a great ship with a fantastic crew. Leaving Los,angeles we went to two Mexican Ports, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo. Then on to Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, through the Canal then on to Colombia and ending in San Juan Puerto Rico. a great iteniary.
