Review for a Asia Cruise on Wonder of the Seas

Wonder is an amazing ship! To start we arrived one hour early to board (10:30). They allowed us to board and the entire process took maybe 10 minutes. Very organized. Once on board, we walked around to see the ship and WOW it is magnificent! We had a quick lunch at Windjammer before it got too busy. Food was pretty good. Cabin: We booked an ocean view balcony. We loved the massive TV! ...

Did 3 short B2B's on Ovation out of Hong Kong And Shenzhen and enjoyed all of them. Loved the mix of different cultures on board. Not our first time on this class of ship so felt like home before we even boarded. The service and friendliness from the crew was as good I have seen on any ship. Food was good, mainly geared towards Asian tastes but still plenty of variety. One of the cruises had 4600 ...

Thoroughly enjoyable cruise around Japan

This was our 4th cruise and 1st with RCCL this year. We chose this particular cruise as we’d never been to Japan. Because the ship sailed out of Hong Kong, we were anticipating a large contingent of passengers from Hong Kong and mainland China. While more than half of the passengers were Asian, and some spoke limited English, there was a significant number of passengers from Australia, North ...

Having only been on 1 cruise prior a short 3 day one, we chose this cruise purely for the ship. The location was then selected and as it had a number of stops to break up the trip and went for this one with stops in Vietnam and Thailand before arriving in Singapore. We also had not visited HK before so that was an added bonus to fly in a few days prior to look around. Despite the stops, we ...

Would highly recommend cruising on this ship. We were a family of 4 travelling, 2 adults and 2 young children (2yrs & nearly 4yrs). Our balcony stateroom was larger than expected and housed us sufficiently. The food all around the boat was more than expected. We did not find the boat over crowded, yes at times there were lots of people around, but never felt over crowded, even with our ...

Saw this ship all over the news last year, being the largest cruise ship to ever visit Australia and thought it would be something new and exciting to try. We booked through a local travel agent which made things easier, but there are caveats first time cruisers need to be aware of (and they don't let you know up front) Firstly, we discovered the cruise was split in half by the agent, this ...

The itinerary was amazing. The ports and sights in each were incredible. Getting on and off the ship at the ports was very smooth. The entire ship's staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The dining room staff was especially good, particularly Bernardo and Jaio. The food was delicious and presented well. The singing and dancing by the dining room staff was a lot of fun. There was a bit of ...
