We had never been to Hawaii and decided to take this cruise that left from Honolulu and went to 5 islands in Hawaii. We went two days early and stay on the big island and went to see The Punch Bowl and found my husband cousin on the MIA wall during WWII. The next day we went to Pearl Harbor. we were in cabin 1588 on tenth deck. The Radiance has been done over and everything is so new in the cabins. The Embarkation was really bad but no fault to the crew. Disembarkation in Vancouver was horrible. Trying to get 2000 people upstairs using one elevator People coming on to the ship were coming down same elevator. There should have been security around to help with crowd control.

We chose this cruise because we wanted to have a week in Waikiki and then cruise back to Sydney. We were given permission to board in Honolulu and had the best smooth seas all the way except for the Tasman Sea. Food especially in Chops was excellent. Ice show was very good but we prefer to dance rather than watch shows. So we really didn't watch many of the shows so can't comment other than on the ice show which was very good. This is the only area that the ship fell down on. Terrific cruise to Hawaii. Embarkation was easy because we walked to the port. We heard there were problems with taxis. But we were able to get on board in less than an hour.

Exactly what we wanted and what we thought it would be! Absolutely loved everything about our cruise; so much so that I didn't want to get off and I literally cried on our last night. The first thing I will say is that the staff were all wonderful.
