Our embarkation went very smoothly as did disembarkation. Disembarkation was slower than embarkation but considering the number of passengers this was expected. RCL seem to have changed the Diamond Plus (DP), benefits by making a simple change in name to the Concierge Club. They have renamed it the Suites Lounge and now only allow entrance to Suite occupiers and Pinnacle members.
