The worse cruise out of 14 cruises.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

Reason for taking this cruise was to try the largest cruise ship. Never again. Small State Room; refrigerator, sink, ice bucket. Too many passengers. Long lines everywhere. Not able to get anyone to answer phone when calling different departments. Too noisy, "Constant" Public Addresses about "nothing". The Windjammer too crowded with too small tables and lousy access. Plenty food, but ...

Food was of poor quality, lobster on formal night was so small that waiter was not able to remove it from the shell!!!!! Princess gives free internet to loyal cruisers and Royal charges 15.99 per day!!!! Princess also appreciates veterans and gives $100 on board credit to all vets for 7 day cruises and $250 for cruises of 14 days or more!!! Many menu choices were of foreign foods that could not ...

Disappointed First Time Cruiser

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Freedom of the Seas

This was our first cruise. We had no control over the fact that a major hurricane decimated the ports we were going to or that people would be sick on the voyage before ours resulting in a 2 1/2 hour delay in boarding. Or that a tropical storm would hit us and we would get seasick, pools and decks would be closed and it was so windy and rainy. Overall I would not go on this particular ship again ...

We had a family honeymoon to celebrate and a friend pointed us to the deal advertised on the internet. Apart from the inevitable line ups to get on board, the entire experience was a great big smile from the moment you step foot on board. Right away you are treated to the best quality buffet, with wonderful and genuine staff. You really feel that they are enjoying themselves in providing top ...

Although I had a previous experience on a cruise (I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico and have traveled in this way to the Dominican Republic), I had never done it in a class like the Harmony Of The Seas. Both the experience with the shipping company, Royal Caribbean, and the ship itself, was incredible. The perfect food in quality and quantity (too much !!). At all times, of all kinds. On ...

Quantum Class > Oasis Class

My husband and I really enjoy cruises and have been on a few, including Royal Caribbean ones. Last time we went for New Year's 2015 on Quantum of the Seas, back when it was the largest ship in the world (did the same back then with Freedom) and Quantum was an amazing experience and the best cruise we've been so far (still is). So we expected that Harmony, being the current largest and newest ...

My first cruise, my wife's second. My wife requested wheelchair assistance. The experience of getting off the ship in Fort Lauderdale was a nightmare. Very disorganized and passengers had a lot of tension because of the turmoil,us included. The ship's staff was very concerned with cleanliness. We were impressed to see hand sanitizer stations wherever we went. Our porter did an excellent job, ...

We choose this cruise as I have been on the Freedom class but the last cruise for my husband and I was on the Oasis. I wanted him to experience the Freedom class. We always enjoy Fort Lauderdale and stay at Bahia Mar for the convenience of walking the beach and exploring with the Water Taxi! Once arriving at the Port, it appeared the line was moving well and then suddenly, the line stopped ...

I would highly recommend this cruise to others. The entertainment was very good. It was always easy to find something fun to do even when the weather wasn't good. The first few days were stormy so the ship rocked back and forth more than I thought it would being such a big ship. We had a really good time at all the ports participating in royal caribbean excursions. The main dinning room food ...

From start to finish I had a good time On board, I met up with 81 family & friends, we where all hear for my unclue 90th birthday. We booked different room to meet in, we had a part of the dining room just for us so we could all sit and eat together.
