A friend at work recommended a cruise, in a moment of madness we booked through luxury escapes for 10 nights leaving Sydney for New Caledonia and Vanuatu. The ship is tired and showing its age, tattoos looked compulsory, probably with their room number so when they are inebriated they can find their way back. There is nothing interesting to do unless you enjoy drinking, belly flop competitions or ...
The overall cruise was disappointing. I ordered room service almost everyday on the cruise ship and each time the food was cold. They give you leftover fries and wrap them in plastic after they warm it up. Room service took about an hour each time I ordered and food was still cold.. food selections are horrible.. no real restaurants besides the steak house. Beverage Drinks are made up for you ...
Navigator Notes
Although, our Royal Caribbean Cruise, for our multiple generations over New Years was not all bad, the cons very far exceeded the pros. We cruised multiple times as our children were growing up and loved it as a family. We haven’t cruised in 10 years and have now learned that things have changed a lot. Prior to booking I had read online reviews that ‘everything was an upcharge’. ...
Where do I even begin?! This was a NYE cruise and we wish we didn't go! The Oasis sailed out of Port of Miami on Dec 29 and returned on January 7th. Ports of call included Perfect Day at CoCo Cay, Curacao, Aruba, and Jamaica. Embarking on the ship was not an easy, quick experience at all. The port was insanely busy needless to say. Getting on the ship itself is long and tedious, and the workers at ...
Horrible experience. If you have food allergies avoid this cruise line. We reported my daughter nuts allergies and they served food with hidden nuts in it!’n She had allergic reaction and had to go to medical facilities. Also the wait time in the main dining room is about 40 minutes to just be sitted at the table. Also I noticed they served unwashed strawberries in the buffet!!! Food in buffet is ...
Well where to begin, came on this cruise as I have been on Royal Caribbean cruise ships before, this ship is absolute garbage, the fact this ship is still in service shows me that this ship’s best days are long gone and the company heads are using it as a quick cash grab.
Upper Management have an air of scammery going on from freezing multiple people’s accounts twice a day to overcharging for ...
This was my first cruise and really vacation. This celebrated a honeymoon ruined by Covid closure and two Anniversaries. With kids grown I really had some high expectations. Embarkation wasnt bad at all. We chose an inside cabin as we didnt plan to be inside. It was very dated. Cabinet doors barley closed and were de-laminating, trim hanging. Rock hard bed. Cabin Steward was tipped nicely in ...
Royal should indeed pack up this boat. It was filthy stains everywhere that were unsettling for the amount of money they charge. The customer service was awful. I paid for a cupcake decorating class that was advertised as a culinary experience that had us making children fogs, I was beyond upset that I spent almost $40 for a falsely advertised decorating class. When I asked for a refund they ...

Enchantment of the Seas is the oldest ship in the RC fleet and needs to be sent to the scrap yard! The ship is very dated with lots of rust and broken parts (public bathrooms, cabins that creak like a coffin, poor layout of decks, etc.). We've been on several RC ships and this one is not on par with Royal Caribbean's other ships (e.g. Serenity of the Seas). We do NOT recommend anyone cruise on ...
