On boarding the ship my wife and I were shocked to find our cabin would only be serviced once a day. This was not a cheap cruise particularly when paying in Aussie $. Royal Caribbean left this to the cabin steward to try and explain. Very poor effort on behalf of the management team to leave this to the cabin attendant. Surely a cabin cleaned twice a day provides a much more healthier environment ...

Overall, it was a fun voyage, but we had consistent issues with staff, most notably the person traiging dinner guests on deck 3 on all 3 nights of our cruise. We have cruised quite a bit over the years and this one amazing ship. It is large (we had 7026 total guests and a crew of 2000+. We had an inside balcony at the aft end of the ship overlooking the arcade area. We could see the carousel, the water show and the gulf looking back. Not an ideal ocean view but not bad. First, the port of Baltimore. We had a 12:00 arrival time but the traffic inside the port was so bad we weren't able to park until a half hour or so later even though we arrived about 15 minutes early.
