**DISCLAIMER : this is a really long review ... I really like to talk. It provides a thorough review of my experience and of the ship**
Hello, this is my first cruise review although I have been on 7 before, primarily with Carnival. Coming into the cruise, I had low expectations for the ship, and its' offering of activites. I am 15 years old, and I traveled with my brother, aged 17, and my ...
Thank you Port of the Everglades!! The new system of "Expedited Check In" is amazing and wonderful! Use it and it will be the best thing you ever do if you embarkation city is participating!
This was a family cruise and it would not have been our 1st choice of time of year, or ship - so I should preface my review that way. Though we like Royal Caribbean, we Love NCL, and there are probably ...
Excellent experience in Grand Suite. Coastal kitchen was a wonderful experience and the staff was exceptional . Having the perks of that but the lounge and barefoot Beach on Haiti was amazing. The size of the bathroom was wonderful with four of us .
The entertainment was great and we really enjoyed the diving show the ice-skating show and the Acrobat show .
My kids love the pools and ...
My family (ages 52,46,50 and 21) chose the Oasis based on what it has to offer. The size of the ship, rock climbing walls, flow rider, zip line, ice skating and the distinct neighborhood themes are all very alluring when shopping for a cruise. We have cruised on 11 other ships but will not do an Oasis class cruise again. Here's why with positives followed by negatives: Quality of food at the ...
The ship was intriguing. Plenty to do without ever leaving the ship. Wonderful service and staff. The food was extraordinary and very fresh. For the most part, the shore excursions were enjoyable. Don't miss the Gumbalima preserve tour. As for dining, we were a family of 15 and were treated quite well. We had two tables and the wait staff was exemplary. With almost 6000 passengers on board ...
My husband and I wanted a 7 day cruise that we could celebrate our 5th year anniversary on. My brother and his wife joined us to also celebrate their anniversary and my sister-in-law’s birthday. It was very convenient for us to leave from Fort Lauderdale because we live in Miami. The process of embarking on the ship was very smooth and the staff was welcoming and accommodating from the time we ...
We traveled with a group of 11, my family of 5, my sister’s family of 4 and my parents. We enjoyed the ship but felt there was no central area to convene at the pool, like on the smaller ship we went on in 2014, the Grandeur. The food in the MDR was excellent. Highlights were the French onion soup, steaks, lobster night, and our fabulous waiter and assistant waiter.
Mamma Mia was very good, ...
We chose this cruise of the dates that fell during our anniversary and location of the port. It was the closest for us to drive to from home.
We enjoyed the activities that were available on the ship and there were plenty of shore excursions to choose from at each destination.
There was a bit of a language barrier for us with some of the staff. And we felt a bit pressured to tip ...
We choose our family vacation to accommodate ages from 2 to 60+. There are plenty of activities for children and adults. Tried the flow rider and ice skated on the same day! We were fortunate and had perfect weather. There were 6,475 passengers on the ship; the Oasis of Seas never really felt crowded. It's it bit strange to say that while on the ship, one of our favorites places was Central ...
We love cruising and realize the benefits of staying with one cruise line. After trying a few, Royal Carribean has won our vote. The food is excellent, service was quick and friendly, wide open pool area with many more places to sit and see the pool and activities. Shows and entertainment were wonderful and there were multiple choices for all types of personalities and ages through each day. ...
