We chose this cruise line because of the great experince on the very first one we took. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and truly cared about our needs and wanted to make sure that we had a great time. The activities were simply amazing and fun. I cannot express enough on how the service of the staff was excellant. We were treated etremely well from the time we boarded ...

We went on this cruise with family and friends. The staff and greeters were all fantastic. Cabin was small and the couch could’ve been newer or cleaner. Overall, the food was a 4 out of 5. We had a lot of good and great meals. We also had a few below average meals. Bar drinks also get 4 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, we had quite of few weak and unsatisfactory drinks. Fantastic shows and ...

Let me begin with --- We love the Daily Rant done by Jeff, the cruise director!!! There was a lot of relevant information for each day and we looked forward to turning on the television when we returned to the room after the day's events. His humor was hilarious. Almost everyday we shared some of his jokes with our friends. We seriously thought about trying to break the tinder boat record or ...

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Jewel of the Seas

We sailed the Jewel of the seas as being our first cruise with Royal Caribbean. Previously, last year we sailed on MSC Meraviglia, then the 4th largest liner in the world, therefore Jewel of the seas is Much Smaller. That meant initially we didn’t have high expectations. But it turned out to be better than all our other cruises. I will split this review into many sections. Embarkation: We ...

Its was chosen for our leadership training where the top leaders of the champion team were there and most especially we had 9 families that were included . Truly amazing time with lots of activities for the kids and adult alike and wonderful staff that are friendly mostly the filipino crews and staff on board for always being so helpful and always have that smile. The very accomodating kitchen ...

We cruised the baltic sea in July. The ship was a little disappointing in regards to the food availability, especially from 20 yrs ago. First, no midnight buffet. Second, No food available after midnight - we would go to see a movie that finished at midnight, but unable to get a snack after unless you wanted to pay room service. Third, the other food service areas did not have a place just to ...

Cruise not worth the price we paid for

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Allure of the Seas

Ship is popular but we didn’t enjoy it much. The foods or entrée need improvement. Balcony rooms are a lot smaller compared to other ships that we sailed before. The entertainment or shows need improvement specially some of the singers. The Cruise director did a Quest game in his own interest. Game not fair and participants were put in embarrassing situations. Some employees were not friendly. We ...

Food is average. My husband and I both got food poising on 2 separate days. We reported the incidents but were told the food didn’t sit well with our stomach making it sound as if it was our fault. We had eaten in the large Windjammer buffet. My husband had not vomited in 10 years. We had not drank any alcohol prior to eating. We travel a lot and never get sea sickness. Totally know it was bad ...

First Time Cruiser • Age 50s

We are first time cruises, so maybe not the right ones to judge, however I felt we had really hit it lucky. Jewel is not too big or too small. The ship is spotless and almost all the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was 4530 ocean view family, a bit small when we were all in together but perfectly adequate.. our room attendant was fantastic and our funny towels at the end of each day ...

All About the Itinerary

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Jewel of the Seas

The itinerary is what bumped my rating to 4 - the rest of the trip is what kept it from being 5. I'll just lead with this: I am a Disney girl through and through. I have cruised other lines and of those have been most happy with Royal Caribbean if not doing Disney. I am generally a fan of Royal Caribbean's Radiance Class ships (nothing bigger...definitely no Behemoths of the Seas sized girls) - ...
