First passengers to visit a remodeled Cococay with new water park, pool with bar etc, The whole facilities were excellent, beach did not feel crowded at all (may change on the bigger ships like the Allure), pool was very animated with DJ, had the feel of being in a 5 star hotel pool, The water park gave nice fit to whole family travel idea with rides for every age, this island will surely be a ...

Very enjoyable cruise experience!

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Jewel of the Seas

Although we'd been looking to sail on Holland America after a good experience with our last cruise, we chose this cruise with Royal Caribbean because the itinerary was exactly what we were looking for: ports in Italy and Greece. We bookended our trip with several nights in Rome, staying at an outstanding, hidden gem of a boutique hotel, The Inn at the Roman Forum. Our hotel secured transport ...

Not a good cruise

We went to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college., we were very disappointed with Royal Caribbean we probably will not sail again, we were promised an upgrade that never happened, stuck in a little tiny room, a late meal time that we didn't choose, entertainment was non-existen, the Promenade deck was like a flea market with Carnival barkers, everything seem to have an extra charge to ...

The worst cruise I have ever been on

the worst company to deal with. They don't deliver what was promised when the reservation was made, you step on the ship, look at your cabin, and feel very disappointed. so, you walk to the customer service to find a loooooooong line of disappointed customers, stand there for a couple of hours and never get anything resolved. Then you on board for few days continue with measurable experience. I ...

"Amplified" on the Independence

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Independence of the Seas

Royal Caribbean is remodeling its ships after which they are said to be "amplified". If there is one thing their ships don't need its to be amplified. The buffet on this ship had loud music from breakfast opening and through the day, even though the few people there at seven am wanted nothing to do with loud music at that hour. The Royal Promenade had the same problem as well as the pool deck. ...

I'll start off with the disclaimer that I am comparing this to all of our previous family cruises in non-suite staterooms. We were fortunate, however, to get into the family suite for a reasonable price by booking early. With that said, our 4 night adventure on Mariner of the Seas was outstanding. This was my first time on Mariner of the Seas, but I have been on other Voyager class ships ...

We were 28 passengers in group including kids. Ship is recently rebuild so interior is modern and rooms are spacious. We were all had interior rooms but still found spacious enough even 4 of us (2 + 2). Staff were ...

A fun 5-day getaway

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Brilliance of the Seas

We chose this cruise as it left from Tampa, and had Georgetown, Grand Cayman as one of the two ports on the itinerary, Cozumel being the other. It was our first experience with Royal Caribbean, and we're already looking for other cruise options from this line. Our embarkation in Tampa was a breeze--covered parking garage right across the street (they do have a drop-off area if you don't want to ...

This cruise was on Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas, seven days, starting April 28, 2019. This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean. We have done three cruises on Carnival Freedom and Carnival Valor (twice), both are smaller ships than the Liberty of the Seas. This cruise left from Galveston, TX. We drove four hours from our home near Dallas and arrived late on Friday night before ...
