Joined Indy in Southampton for 3 day taster cruise. Having cruised twice this year with Msc thought will try RC. Told drinks package can be bought onboard. They had sold 200 drinks packages then decided to not sell anymore. Arrived on. Lots of complaints about this. It’s like Disney. You queue for everything. It’s as if this ship was over capicity.. it was mayhem. Good ok. Entertainment good. ...
See belowThis truly was a disaster. My wife's 50th birthday treat, a weeks cruise. My wife was either angry or in tears for the week.
Everything was going well until the first day proper when going to use the bathroom it was flooded. Not convenient when needing the toilet. Let that one slide after staff came round rodded the pipes and staff cleaned and sterilized.
2 days later went for ...
The ship is great for you if you like to sit around most the day doing nothing but reading books or listening to poor songs on the radio.
The ship has scarce entertainment, mostly starting late night (10:30,11:30) and to be honest it isn’t worth staying up for. You get corny comedians quoting jokes from every generic comedy show, tribute shows that are absolute cringeworthy, overall the ...
The staff was rude. The waiters were the only ones who actually showed concern and politeness on the entire cruise. We were forced to wait on the stairs for hours after our flights because they didn’t finish cleaning the ship. We couldnt even wash our faces after a 18 hr flight. We were late getting into Naples and had to sit in the theater for over 2 plus hours waiting to get off the ship. We ...
We have cruised many, times since last choosing RCI. In fact the last time was around 35 years ago. Since then we have travelled with P&O,H&L,Celebrity and many others of the same calibre. This was our third cruise in 2018.
We chose this cruise as part of a package put together by IGLU to encompass Lake garda as the starting point and a transfer to Venice to pick up the ship.
We had ...
This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean and never again if this sailing was anything to go by! A lot of passengers were very rude, foul mouthed, invariably drunk and looking for trouble. I believe there was quite a bit of trouble on the ship during this sailing and a number of passengers were thrown off at various ports throughout the two week cruise. There were a lot of large groups who ...
We chose this cruise as it was going to places we wanted to go to, at the time we wanted to go and was the right price
I had been looking forward to this cruise to have a couple of weeks away from cooking, and meal planning.
I only found out some worrying things about the vegetarian food served in the dining rooms whilst I was on board after a couple of nights. Firstly even though food was ...
I never do reviews but feel people need to be aware of this one. I have been on many cruises and decided to try Royal Caribbean for a change. Massive mistake. It was like a Ferry booze cruise to Calais. Too many people squeezed on. Food was generally cold and tasteless. Families fighting and three families were evicted off of the Ship. Staff trying to force drink on you and calling it ...
There were 9 of us on this holiday. 8 adults and a 9 month old baby.
Embarkation went very smoothly but then our flight arrived earlier than we said and we were able to get on board by 11 am. If you can then do this.
The ship is huge but to be honest seems the same size as the Allure of the Seas (which I've also travelled on). I'm told the difference is the amount of people they crammed ...
We like very much cruise trips and before we enjoyed cruise trips many times. However RoyalCaribean exsperience was our first experience and definitely the LAST. We have chosen this company because our dates fit and also there is an agent in Istanbul which helped us the booking. We never thought this is such a lousy company.
First of all, the food is terrible. The quality of the food was worst ...
