Avoid***
Everything has dropped in quality since our cruise on the same ship, same itinerary in 2022. We later found out the trained staff was moved to Icon of the Seas, and Wonder has a new untrained staff. Same for all the bells , whistles, and budgets.
It took over 45 minutes in a long line to get on the ship boarding at 12:00 pm, later on we found longer lines for elevators, bars, ...
Many things wrong with this ship.
Very outdated Ship, desperately needs a refurbish
Most guests older, not a lot of kids
Specialty Restaurants Giovanni's was ok, Chops was horrific I ordered a bone in rib eye so did my wife and we got, a different cut.
Staff was friendly
Windjammer was not same quality as the bigger boats

We are a group of 11-13 who have cruised together for two years. This year we sailed Royal Carribbean's Jewel of the Seas from March 9th to March 16th. We sailed out of Puerto Rico. Half of our group stayed at the Marriott at Miramar, close to the cruise port. This hotel is old, dirty, and expensive. I would choose another location for the price.

It's old. It's small. It's trying to copy the big ships but fails. And therefore it's so crowded everywhere that's popular! Deck 5 -Promenade- is at least 2/3 smaller than bug ships. I (I chose it because the big ships are just too hard for me to explore due to a recent disability) . But people congregate and it gets too crowded to move! Music however was great!

I am at loss for words… As a first time cruiser I had a lot of things to learn. Just suck that it came at such an expensive price!
The only reason they got a 2 is because the service was good and our room was made everyday just like we like it.
The food was HORRIBLE - I work in the school system and our lunch lady made gastronomic food compare to this! ...
Very disappointed, why 5 watch shops, ship not pretty as other royal ships, no good shows/entertainment, paying customers very rude, I will try different cruise line next year. Staff friendly. All shops same thing. Not enough of different things to drink. People in customs even rude. Nice and organized debarking. I travelled with my two kids under 3, husband and parents. Firstly , the pack and play they provide for babies is disgusting- it’s hard plywood and I wouldn’t make my worst enemy sleep on that. Because of this- my kids had to sleep with me the entire vacation… the food was terrible , poor selection and taste and quality was poor. Service was just okay, nothing compared to the service I’ve received ...

I am a D+ on RCL, so have really enjoyed them in the past. They now have gone paperless and have an app that you must use. It often takes 2 or 3 tries to get in. Why not perfect the app before launching it? The wifi is now the same way. You often have to try several times to log on. This is the first year that i have had poor wifi reception on a RCL ship.

This was a New Years cruise. New years eve is the premium day of the premium cruise of the year. I would be ashamed to put out the dining room menu that was offered. You can look it up for yourself.
