Royal Caribbean WORST WORST WORST

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Serenade of the Seas

We like very much cruise trips and before we enjoyed cruise trips many times. However RoyalCaribean exsperience was our first experience and definitely the LAST. We have chosen this company because our dates fit and also there is an agent in Istanbul which helped us the booking. We never thought this is such a lousy company. First of all, the food is terrible. The quality of the food was worst ...

joined cruise following "cruiser" friends ; very professional organization , clean state-rooms (Yerri) and entire ship ; dining room staff - excellent (IVAN , Benjamin and Bhandarri) ; excellent food and staff; shows could be better (artists) though the orchestra was excellent ; the enrichment lectures (Alan Fischer) were very good ; Halifax was a bit disappointing and also Christansand was not ...

Because 3 of us 4 were diabetics we need to eat at the same time each evening. We were told that our time would be 8:30. Unacceptable to us. We finally had to go to Customer service to get it changed., We spent the first evening eating at the buffet on Deck 9-not good. When we finally got a dining time we found that the food was just barely warm and not that good. We did love being served and our ...

AUGUST 2017, my Girlfriend and I went on the Vision of the Seas (Baltic Cruise) leaving from Copenhagen. When we first boarded the ship we found it was very very old and dated, and needs serious renovation! Embarkation was okay. The food was not great, compared to other ships we've been on There was No entertainment whatsoever, and when i tried talking to guest services they were ...

Horrible service and very low grade food quality

We chose this cruise as my family was a regular on Royal Carribean. They never take any other cruiseline due to the points. But they should try other Cruiselines too as I have. Royal Carribean has become a huge disappointment and I never plan to waste my money and more importantly my time on the Cruise Line ever. If you are free and have nothing other to do with your time and money they take this ...

Worst cruise ever

This cruise was awful. The only good thing was the cabin. The cruise as full of young families with toddlers who did not control their children. Worse the hygeine in dining areas was appalling. Tables were sticky and only wiped with dirty cloths. Cruise members allowed to do anything at buffets, take a bite...put it back, taste the sauce with fingers, eat directly from buffet. Staff just ...

I travel several times a year, including cruises with Ponant, Uniworld, Viking, Celebrity, & Holland America. This was my first (& last) Royal Caribbean cruise, booked only because I was joining a small group that had already commited to Royal Caribbean. The dining room staff were wonderful; while we encountered rude staff at the coffee stations in the Windjammer, all other staff there were ...

The ports were all worthwhile, each had something memorable for us and it was our first time in most of the Cities: Copenhagen, Oslo, Bremen/Bremerhaven, Amsterdam, Brussels/Bruges (Zeebrugge),Paris/Normandy (Le Havre), and ending in Southhampton. The one-way route worked for us, or at least we were able to make it work. Ok so we have only taken 2 other recent cruises, on Celebrity, so take ...

Lacking Vision

The cutbacks clearly show and the crew did generally not seem to be as motivated, as friendly as we experienced on previous cruises with RCCL. The nation of why not...treat passengers as selfloading freight. The itinerary of this 5 day cruise was Copenhagen, day at sea, Bergen, Geiranger (Fjord) (tender), day at sea and back to Copenhagen. Cruise Director Matt Sole used to say "You are ...
