My wife and I are well experienced cruisers with over (30) years of cruising. For transparency, we are loyal RCL guests but have no issue sharing good and bad experiences. Our cruise departed from Copenhagen, Denmark on Voyager of the Sea's. We flew into Copenhagen a couple of days in advance and stayed over a day in Copenhagen after the cruise ended. We really waited until the week before ...

Baltic and ABBA goes hand in hand

This was the first cruise after a loooong break due to covid. So the reason we booked this cruise, was that’s it’s close from home (Norway) and we know all destinations well. But it’s a CRUISE! Normally we sail X. But the dates and ports of call fitted well for our tactics. So it was nothing new and adventurous on the plan, just a good cruise and all that it offers. This cruise, I ...

Our trip to Scandinavia included two nights in Stockholm and an 11 night cruise from Copenhagen up the coast of Norway past the Arctic Circle to the North Cape. We had previously done a cruise that included Bergen, Norway and wanted to see more of that beautiful country. We flew into Stockholm after a lengthy trip from Orlando. Living in coastal Georgia, we normally fly out of Jacksonville, ...

One of our best cruises ever. Everyone must take this itinerary. We combined with 7 night standard Baltic back to back. Only 52 people on back to back. meet at 9 for new room cards Recommend a few days in Copenhagen for sure The Fjords, scenery were just spectacular. get up early to watch sail ins and sail outs. Had a guest lecturer Professor who hadn't even been to Norway, yet ...

Enjoyable Baltic Cruise

Love the Radiance Class for this 7 night Baltic Cruise, 2100 people, easy to find everything. Picked Deck 3 oceanview and for port days just walked one deck down, very handy. Food was just fine. We celebrated a major birthday and enjoyed Chops one night and Giovanni's another night. Ship is a bit dated, but everything was acceptable. Diamond level so we enjoyed the beverages in the ...

A timely adventure and the cold wet weather didn't deter most of the passengers

Review for a Norwegian Fjords Cruise on Serenade of the Seas

always wanted to see the Norwegian coastline and this cruise did not disappoint. From the snow covered mountains to the hustle and bustle of Bergen - and RCI did a good job organising everything. we didn't have a drink package on this trip due to all the shore time and this worked well. Furthermore, the embarkation and back to back arrangements went well (nearly everything) the food was ...

Greenland Crossing

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Serenade of the Seas

First time for RCL to go to Greenland. Plus Iceland and other ports. Embarcation was fastest of any cruise we have been on. Very satisfied with all acpects of the ship. Weather prevented use of most outside facilities and activities. The "at sea" days were spread out ,which was good. Only negative was that the food in the main dining was average at best. About 60% of the menu was the same ...

Two years ago, we found ourselves cruising the Baltic on the Serenade. During that sailing, they began advertising for their fall crossing from Copenhagen to Boston. It looked intriguing, so we kept our eyes peeled for future crossings. Cut to 2017, and they released our itinerary with the addition of Greenland! We jumped at the chance to book it, and we were not disappointed! What was ...

Choose this cruise for the ports ... Copenhagen, Stockholm, Tallinn, st Petersburg and Helsinki. Had a brilliant week. The ship was excellent . We had a balcony stateroom which Comfortable, clean and lots of storage space. We were very lucky with the weather in all ports. Had a pre cruise hotel stay in Copenhagen to do some sightseeing there. Boarding the ship was very organised and went ...
