We wanted to see the Baltic and this cruise is absolutely ideal especially as it leaves from Copenhagen and finishes in Stockholm. The ports visited provided great variety and interest. It is an awesome area to visit. The ship was comfortable, the service good and staff very friendly.
We took the Royal Caribbean organised trips and they were very good, the guides were excellent and very ...
I chose this cruise because it gave us more time in Copenhagen before the cruise, and in Stockholm at the end of the cruise. Both cities are fantastic with a lots to see and do. We spent 3 days in Copenhagen, and used Free Walking tours guides, they were fantastic! Everybody speaks excellent English and people were generally friendly. Be prepared however for a very expensive city! The port is ...
My sister and I took this cruise because our family came over to Minnesota from Norway. Our great grandfather was from Alesund so we wanted to see what the country was like. I know why they chose Minnesota as below the arctic circle it looks like Minnesota. Above the Arctic Circle it is a vast wilderness, not many people, no trees, and cold, but interesting to visit once.
We flew in to ...
We did a back-to-back on Serenade of the Seas. We began on June 3rd with a cruise above the Arctic Circle going through many fjords. The ship is small enough to get into the top fjords, but large enough to feel stable in the open waters. I am sure a lot of it has to do with the ability of Captain Steig - who is also a very fun captain. Being he was born north of the Arctic Circle he is ...
Two couples: We chose this cruise to fulfill a bucket list for both of the ladies. We wanted a Norway itinerary and this 11 day cruise certainly delivered. We flew into Copenhagen 3 days early and enjoyed this city a lot. Stayed at the Andersen Boutique Hotel, only three blocks from the main train station, and it was excellent. Very highly recommended. Be aware that Copenhagen is a bit ...

My husband decided to take this cruise after we had travelled to the Mediterranean with Royal Caribbean two times and we loved this cruise even it was much colder...The ship was beautiful and clean, the air lovely, the cuisine excellent, the personal great, kindly and helpful, the trips very nice. Everything was organized well.
We are from Hungary speaking some English thus the English words ...
We choose this cruise because we wanted to see the beautiful Norwegian fjord landscapes. We also did touring and sightseeing before and after the cruise in Copenhagen and in the Danish countryside. The ship though older, was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Only the cabins (sofa and furniture) show the age of the ship. All of the common areas were beautiful, well-cared for and looked like ...
I was invited by my friend on this cruise. We had planned for years to go along the cost of Norway.
It was my first cruise and I enjoyed it very much.
The ship was fantastic. It was kept well and all areas was kept clean and tidy.
Generally there seemed to be a good spirit on board.
Same with our cabin - we loved all the closets.
There was plenty of was to eat, and the food was ...
While the cruise was pretty great there were particular problems. Royal Caribbean says gold members are entitled to priority check-in. There was no priority check-in for gold members. Why say there is when there isn’t?The taxi line when leaving the cruise was a complete disaster. 45 minutes. Apparently in Copenhagen the Muslim taxi drivers took the day off due to a holiday. A complete fail on the ...
