This was my first experience on a cruise. Unfortunately, we booked 3 excursions ahead of time that were offered on the website and all 3 were cancelled. Overall, my husband and I had a great trip. The excursions were fantastic, the room was great and the staff are very personable. However, being a young married couple without children, there is very little entertainment catered to our generation. Most of the entertainment was for the elderly or for young children. Traveled with my husband and two teens. Not much to do for teens. Teen club was a huge disappointment. Ship was way too crowded. Couldn't get even 1 chair near the pools. Cruise #6 with RCI since 2012. Cost cutting to pay the $11B in pandemic bond debt has really hurt the experience. Food quality and options have declined. Service is hit or miss, with MDR and Windjammer service noticeably worse. App was slow, Didn't hide events that were full and often hid prices till you got to the event. Food quality was inconsistent, some days it would be amazing, others bad.
