I’ve sailed with Princess on different ships many times. I enjoyed every cruise on Princess. Thought I would give Royal Caribbean a try for a change. I sailed on it once years ago on a short trip on their Radiance of The Seas. Was not very impressed with that one, but thought it was a short cruise and the ship was smaller. This Canada and New England cruise is on Liberty of The Seas for 9 days, ...

My first inside cabin had bugs at night from the first night I was on the cruise. Linens soiled, towels stained, pillow had yellow stains form saliva. I got nothing unless I tipped. Like soap, shampoo, lotion, shower cap, pen, pad. I had taken 40 cruises, this was the worse one. Service good cause I constantly tipped. Shows very good. Food a step up from hospital cuisine. I liked going ...

Royal Caribbean Is a big ripoff. Just did a New England/Canada cruise and the cruise line canceled one of the ports for a trumped up reason, which I found out later. Then, they did not find another port in its place, there was at least one other available. Then, although they told me, and my travel agent, that the port fees and taxes would be added to our on-board account, that did not happen. ...

My husband and I have cruised many times on Royal, on many different ships, and have always been pleased for the most part. Because of the frequency of our sailing on Royal, we are Diamond--almost Diamond Plus members. This was the first time we boarded at the Bayonne port, and we found that the check in was very slow. There should be more people working at the check-in. Because we are ...

After three cruises with disney, and our son almost 12, we decided to branch out to royal caribbean. what a mistake! It was only an hour to the port from our home. port parking was easy, but the checkin was maddening. we had a "priority checkin" pass, and the person i showed it to looked at me like i was scum and told me they weren't using it. i then heard her say to another person trying ...

After taking many cruises with other ship lines, I was so disappointed and dissatisfied with this ship. It was a beautiful ship but the food, entertainment and excursions were terrible. Being a diabetic I ask for wheat products ( like bread & pasta) but they said that it was not in demand so they did not have any. The sugar free cookies were so hard I almost broke my teeth. They took out bake ...

Over all, Horrible crew, Very poor service, at times confrontational. Smell of sewage overwhelming in both of the rooms we booked. Ship in poor condition overall. RC should have never let passengers on board. Expect a 2 star experience at best. Will never sail with RC again! Read on for the details. This was a repositioning trip where the ship went to dry dock for ...

My wife and I took a 5 night cruise out of Bayonne, NJ bound for Canada. I had always wanted to see the Bay of Fundy, with its 40 foot tidal drop in a matter of hours. Our stops were in St. John, NB, and Halifax, NS. The embarkation was smooth as silk. On a clear, cool night, pulling out of the berth and heading out to sea while passing under the Verrazano Bridge was magic. The ship was big, and ...
