Overall we enjoyed our trip. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, as were the staff members in the Windjammer and Main Dining Room on Deck 4. I also thought that the shore excursions were well organized. And the tour guides were very knowledgeable. However, we had a number of problems with the Guest Services staff. On the day of the cruise we flew into Newark, NJ and had prepaid the RC shuttle from the airport to the cruise port. There were about 80 people at the airport terminal and they sent one bus which only holds 50 people so after waiting two hours in 90 degree heat a second bus finally arrived. I love this ship. I've sailed on her twice and would go again. My only complaint is they need the drink fountains that come with the amped ships.
