This was our 5th cruise on the Brilliance of the Seas and we were very disappointed. The MDR experience was terrible. The quality of the food was not good and serving roasted turkey any night is just plain cheap food and on our 5 night cruise it was offered twice. We live nearby but hadn’t cruised this ship since 2014. Booked it only 90 days out and ended up with an inside cabin as it was the only available Accessible. We are loyal to RCCL. We are beyond Diamond Plus and we like the deck plans on the Freedom and Voyager Class ships.

Positives first: Ther food was good! I have no complaints about quality and taste and variety of food. Biggest factor was price balcony cabin for under 2000. Most of the crew acted like this was their first cruise inefficient and slow and many mistakes.
