Horrible service for the disabled from check - in forward. There are no safety bars in the restrooms in the cabins . The pools are not designed for anyone with a disability and the guest service department are made up of great yes men who do little with follow up and one person does not relay information to others so lots of wasted time trying to straighten things out. Wanted a shorter than 7 day cruise to island from NY area.
Over crowded, lines lines lines everywhere! Couldnt use some amenities because they were overbooked. Couldnt get a bottle of water and not enough water dispensers, which had lines constantly to even just get yourself some ice. Ridiculous!
