My family are long time Royal Caribbean clients and this cruise was probably the best we've been on. The service and staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and a part of the family. The various food service outlets were clean, well staffed and we never had a bad or even poor meal, the service staff were top notch and did everything to make your experience memorable. The room steward ...

We had been on the Brilliance five years ago to India and were impressed back then . This time we cruised with my parents celebrating their 80th birthday and my daughter celebrating her 30th birthday this year around the med, the cruise was their first ever . From the moment we boarded in Barcelona our cruise began . Every member of staff were pleasant , nothing was to much trouble . We ...

My expectations were low based on feedback from the reviews on this website. We traveled in June on an 8 day itinerary from Barcelona with stops in Cannes, La Spezia, Civitavecchia, Ajaccio and Palma de Mallorca. We booked an inside cabin 9537. I liked the location on deck 9 not far from the elevator and stairs but not close enough to be too noisy. The size of the cabin was perfectly adequate ...

Impressed by good reviews. Route was suiting our choice. Not only our Cabin, but the entire ship premises were clean. Shows always commenced on time and were quite entertaining. Musical shows were fantabulous. The Guest Service Crew was also very friendly, patient and informative. Mr Sarang was very cooperative. In the dinning area, Mr Nikhil Mattoo, Mr Harin Shetty and Mr Abel were ...

Brilliance of the Seas provided a great itinerary. There was so much to see and do particularly in the first 3 days. Our dilemma was that we spent time ashore on the excursions the first 3 days which left us little time to enjoy the ship. By the time we got to Corsica on day four, we were tired and were not interested in a shore excursion. We enjoyed the day at sea and took that time to relax ...

We were recommended Royal Caribbean by friends and this cruise was a perfect length for us as first timers, just in case we didn't like it but we loved it and will definitely cruise again. The only disappointments were that the wi-fi wasn't free it was $18.95 a day but you could go onshore to a small bar and use their's free. The ship needed a face-lift as it was looking in places very ...

We choose the Cruise for the destination they provided, three countries one cruise, the on board experience was just amazing in the appearance nothing was spared a shear show boat, the service was second to none, the friendly staff and the attendants were very helpful they made you feel like you are part of the traveling family. The food on this ship was excellent, dinner time felt like a ...

Sea & air stresses you to the point of exhaustion

The cruise was going where I wanted to visit. The Windjammer food was nasty. The room was old, barely kept up, chips on rails, sinks etc. The customer service department fought me constantly about my return flight. THEN they would go on the computer and see that Sea & AIR did not give me a return. The staff was rude and told me I had troubles getting on the computer, until they had to find ...

This cruise is an opportunity to see many ports. It is in no way relaxing, as there is too much to see. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get a taste of southern Europe. We are pretty experienced with cruising, we have taken 24 cruises We loved Barcelona and Rome. You really need 4-7 days each in these cities. Barcelona, Spain we arrived two days before our cruise to adjust to jet lag ...
