My family are long time Royal Caribbean clients and this cruise was probably the best we've been on. The service and staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and a part of the family. Not only our Cabin, but the entire ship premises were clean.
Shows always commenced on time and were quite entertaining.

Brilliance of the Seas provided a great itinerary. There was so much to see and do particularly in the first 3 days. Our dilemma was that we spent time ashore on the excursions the first 3 days which left us little time to enjoy the ship. We were recommended Royal Caribbean by friends and this cruise was a perfect length for us as first timers, just in case we didn't like it but we loved it and will definitely cruise again.
The only disappointments were that the wi-fi wasn't free it was $18.95 a day but you could go onshore to a small bar and use their's free.
