We had an excellent dinner experience in the Main Dining room, with our waiter and assisted providing superior service, willing to go the extra mile in providing for our requests.

Random thoughts:
Grandeur needs a refresh of all the public areas! However, the convenience of leaving from Baltimore and the quality of the staff more than make up for this.
The check-in process was much slower than previous Baltimore departures, however that may be due to the time we arrived (about 11:30).

The crew were amazing and made our experience very joyful. Paul and Tanya are happy upbeat people that make you want to dance the night away. All shows were top notch. One complaint I have is for the early dining, it was hard to make 2 out of 5 of the shows, as they only had one scheduled at 7:15 on 2 of the evenings.
