Not my first choice in future

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Liberty of the Seas

Liberty of the Seas is an elderly ship, clean, constantly being scrubbed & maintained. We stayed in junior suite cabin. It’s big, window plus large balcony, walk-in closet, small bathroom but it’s well-lit, plastic shower curtain which will try to stick to you. There were passengers from Canada, Europe & South America. This is a family oriented ship but I thought surely all children ...

Not the best RC cruise I’ve experienced

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Explorer of the Seas

I choose this cruise as it was a “sisters” cruise and the timeframe was perfect. Getting to embarkation was harrowing! I can’t blame RC but the port of Miami needs to seriously address the ingress /egress and congestion. It took an hour to go the 4 miles from the hotel to the port! We had the Key, so once we arrived- we quickly boarded. Lunch for Key in the MDR was just ok. I was ...

Boarding was quick and easy. Buffet was NOT good, it wasn't much to choose from. Was able to get into our cabin by 1 pm luggage were there by 145 or so. The Oceanview cabin was a big disappointment. It was very small and the couch was disgusting I took picture of it.. COCOCAY was the best part even though the water was freezing we still had a wonderful time. Main dining food was boring. The menu ...

We are a family with 3 young kids and wanted to cruise over Dec break. This ship had all the amenities we were looking for in an ice rink, rock wall, water slides, and flow rider. We were able to book a junior suite that fit a family of 5. Pros: Great kids activities as stated above. The flow rider was awesome, so was the rock wall and water slides. There were several hot tubs, but the ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

The best cruise we’ve ever been on was a 2011 family Christmas cruise on Freedom of the Seas. Every other one we’ve gone on since then, whether on Carnival or Royal, hasn’t lived up to that high standard, and things are moving consistently in the wrong direction. This sailing on Oasis did nothing to turn that trend around. Carnival has the reputation for nickel-and-diming their way through ...

Not the Worst and Not the Best

My MIL decided to gift our family this trip for a Christmas treat. The ship is beautiful and big. However there is the good the bad and the ugly. I’ll start with the good. Good - The rooms were always cleaned well. Staff service was great at Windjammer, Dazzles, Cafe Promenade, Sorrentos. The spa thermals were very relaxing. The gym was great. Our room with balcony was great. Getting on and ...

We chose this cruise because we were sailing with our Gen Z kids. Pros: The ship is gorgeous, service is terrific, and there is a lot to see and do on the ship. Great for families! Food is very good as in the past. The entertainment was really good as well. They had the musical Mama Mia, but they could of offered a condensed version as well (i.e. similarly to how Disney condenses their ...

Family member chose this cruise. My first cruise but after day 1 I knew she should have chosen another Cruse line. Two family members have been on 30 cruises and they said this is the worst ship by far. In my opinion the stateroom was roomy although outdated…think the 70’s. Some of the faucets were eroding, the food at the buffet not what I expected, some of it was cold, I expected food ...

We are a senior couple in our late 70s who have mostly cruised Celebrity over the past years. Have also cruised HAL, and earlier Princess, NCL and Carnival. we are Elite Plus on Celebrity. this year we decided to try RCL Anthem of Seas as we could sail from Bayonne NJ and also have a lot of celebrity perks that carry over RCL. Have never been on a boat this large or with so many people . ...
