So many issues

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Mariner of the Seas

This was my first cruise with Royal Caribbean, I was looking forward to a fun, relaxing time. My girlfriend is legally blind, she has low vision, so we always contact the cruise line ahead of time to make sure she is comfortable enough with the ship and the itinerary, as we have done with the three previous cruises we have been on with other cruise lines. None of what Royal Caribbean said ended ...

We went to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college., we were very disappointed with Royal Caribbean we probably will not sail again, we were promised an upgrade that never happened, stuck in a little tiny room, a late meal time that we didn't choose, entertainment was non-existen, the Promenade deck was like a flea market with Carnival barkers, everything seem to have an extra charge to ...

The worst cruise I have ever been on

the worst company to deal with. They don't deliver what was promised when the reservation was made, you step on the ship, look at your cabin, and feel very disappointed. so, you walk to the customer service to find a loooooooong line of disappointed customers, stand there for a couple of hours and never get anything resolved. Then you on board for few days continue with measurable experience. I ...

We have been on many cruises. First time on Royal Caribbean. Worse, boring, and not friendly Cruise ever!! No entertainment on the pool area deck. The DJ was terrible in the Viking Lodge ,stopped the music, and turned on all bright lights every time someone spilt a drop or dropped a drink. The centerium area of the boat was mostly dead and the bar was design were your back was to entertainment ...

NEVER AGAIN will we cruise with Royal Caribbean

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Symphony of the Seas

Myself and my family have cruised with Royal Caribbean for over 10 years; a few times a year. This past trip 14 of my family members cruised together. NEVER AGAIN. First off, we purchased a Royal Caribbean excursion for Honduras and were almost (literally) killed. We were escorted by the staff to rent jet skis. When we returned, the rental company would not return our sea pass or drivers lic. ...

We booked this cruise with extended family. First stop was CocoaCay. All the on ship advertising and email that we received mislead us to believe that the water park and resort style pool was open. The staff on the ship agreed with me that our kids will have a wonderful time on the waterslides at CocoaCay. When we got there, it is still under construction. Really disappointed the kids. ...

I choose this cruise because of the destination and the pictures on the web. However, I quickly found out that this boat was not at all how it looked on the site. The paint was peeling on the wall of the boat inside and out. Crew was painting areas of the boat throughout the trip. The boat had nothing exciting to do. The arcade only had 4 games. It was the size of a closet. The pool was over run ...

We took this cruise for our sons spring break. We brought our family...two 17 year olds, 16, 14 11 and 8 year olds. The 8 and 11 year olds were bored out of their minds. Kids activities are few and far between. Nothing is open!! They advertise bumper cars and roller skating but fail to mention that it is only open for an hour a day. You have to pay extra for everything or carry a stupid cup around ...

We chose this ship because it was a newer ship and the fantastic reviews. Embarking was quick & easy. Unfortunately the only time of year we are able to go is Spring Break, we expected a lot of families and children on board. What we didn't expect was parents allowing their children to run wild all over the ship day and night. Children were allow to run through the Casino while it was ...

We departed out of Bayonne, New Jersey which was within driving distance of our home. We purchased a cruise for my wife and I and 3 kids spread over 3 staterooms. We had a balcony and two adjoining interior cabins across the hall. Our ports of call were to be Port Canaveral (Orlando), Coco Cay (Private Island in Bahamas) and Nassau, Bahamas. 9 days before our cruise was to set sail, Royal ...
