Very relaxing trip-wonderful ship

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

We were supposed to sail to Cuba on the Majesty this same week. When the Cuba stop got canceled, we looked at options and found a great deal on a Grand Suite for this sailing. Since the GS for 7 nights cost less than $400 more pp than the booking we had on the Majesty for 5 nights, we jumped on it. The ship is large. We certainly did not experience all that it has to offer. I did go to ...

We had seen this ship while we were on another cruise, and were amazed by the size. We booked a stateroom, knowing we would pay a premium because it is so we. The nightly entertainment is incredible. The full production of Hairspray is amazing, and the Hiro Show was spectacular. Pros: Gorgeous ship, like a Miami hotel. Very friendly staff. Lots of specialty restaurants. Very nice app that ...

One of the most important things a lot of folks do not do, is not to book their shows, tours and restaurants well in advance and wait to do it when they get on ship and that is when issues come up. My wife booked everything about 2 months in advance . We had my time dinning, waited maybe 3-4 minutes and were seated. The tickets for our tours or shows were on bed waiting for us. Embarkation; ...

Two words...Coco Cay!

Disney and Celebrity cruiser goes on R/C, why? I wanted to see Coco Cay. They hit a grand slam home run. We wished the ship would just sail there and dock overnight. Already looking to book our next cruise to go back. That being said, lets talk about the cruise. Cons: The 3 nt is a party run. No one was overly rowdy but into the drink. Food service was good but a little ...

We traveled with a group of 12 people ranging from 24-84 years old. Frequent cruisers, prefer Royal Caribbean but have been on Disney, Norwegian, Carnival, Princess, and Celebrity. We choose this trip based on departure port as well as the new private island. Embarkation was a very smooth process, took a maximum of 15 minutes. We purchased the Ultimate Drink Package before boarding and ...

We chose this 4 day Bahamas and Perfect Day at Coco Cay cruise for a few reasons. It was our last summer blast before school starts next week, we wanted to see the new Coco Cay and we wanted the Navigator with the new additions to it. In summary this has been one of the best cruises we have been on period. The Ship: the Navigator was simply beautiful. We loved the additions to the ...

LIES and BED BUGS on the ALLURE of the SEAS ROYAL CARIBBEAN

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Allure of the Seas

This cruise was a honeymoon gift from my in-laws. The first issue we had was with my husband's luggage. The airport temporarily lost his suitcase, but then notified us that it was still in the airport. We had already embarked early and had several more hours before departure. My husband went to the customer service desk and offered to just get a taxi and get the luggage himself. The lady at ...

We normally do Celebrity cruises, but this time was all about my 13 year old son and making sure there was enough fun for him. So we went on Royal Caribbean and were very pleased. Here is a comprehensive review: Cabin - we were two people in a balcony cabin - plenty of storage space, shower was great, no signs of wear, bed was very comfortable. We had another cabin with a balcony facing the ...

Symphony - August 3 - with 12 and 13 year old

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Symphony of the Seas

We are in our early 50s with a 13 year old daughter and a 12 year old son. We just achieved Emerald with Royal. Full cruising history (Celebrity, HAL, Disney, Princess, Carnival) - is in the signature. We flew from Toronto to FLL on Air Transat via Pearson airport. Pearson was a bit of a disaster. The new (to us) luggage scanning drop-off system kept malfunctioning and the lineup was huge. ...

Excellent 3 day getaway!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Mariner of the Seas

We chose this sailing for a quick end of summer getaway. There were 3 of us sailing--me, my mother and my daughter (8 years old). Because we booked late, we could not get a triple cabin (no triple occupancy available in any category). We ended up booking 2 adjoining mini-suites on deck 9. Embarkation was the smoothest we ever experienced. After an hour and a half drive, we dropped our ...
