First let's talk about the ship: It's old and tired and doing a make over in September of 2019. Boy did RCCL wait longer than it should!. It's not only dated (a peachy pink in many areas. Booked this cruise , our first , because of the destinations.
On boarding yes you can see it is an older ship and needs it’s upgrade due September/ October but in no way is it a rust bucket. Let’s be realistic the price paid reflects the condition. Pay top $ and you will get all the razzmatazz some people seem to expect.

I did choose because of the itinerary as not many cruises have port of calls in India.
I have cruised on Ovation of the seas before , same Quantum class , and i like the Spectrum of the seas choice of colours and furniture a lot more.
