This was out first cruise and were surprised and amazed by the size of the ship, the service they provide, the variety of food, the entertainment on the ship, drinks everything was above my expectation.

If you were in a wheel chair, disembarking was long and tortuous. Cabin steward wiped out our glasses rather than replacing them. If you wanted to go to an activity or to a show you had to have signed up ahead because with the number of people aboard, you wouldn't get in. Staff was not personally involved.
