Many of the staff unfriendly, and not helpful or not willing to help. Never answered phones when calling because of long lines at the customer service desk. I have never seem so many employees not willing or able to make a simple decision. I am not a needy person. I own a business and thought about if this was my business. Cabin 7232 ..size of balcony was very nice. Lots of storage. But no special soaps and stuff like I'm use to.
Windjammer (buffet) ..no service everything was self service and the choice of foods were limited . I only went here 2 times when forced .

Embarkation was not a problem and neither was our cabin - we knew what to expect in terms of size and location, plus our room steward was excellent! We have cruised 5 other times (1 with Carnival, 4 with Norwegian).

Embarkation and disembarkation went well. The ship definitely needs to be updated. Cabins look so outdated. This ship should not be rated as 4.5 stars. Chose this cruise with ten family members because it went to the most island ports with an exceptional ship. Huge TV that could have been exceptional, but was not used for music video (stupid human video instead). No "Bon Voyage". Announcements were not in English that you could understand.

Our stateroom toilet did not work for 4 days. Had to go down 2 floors to use the public restroom. Our stateroom phone did not work for 4 days. Glad we didn't have an emergency!! I was SO excited to book this cruise. My husband and I's first honeymoon was a disaster, so this was supposed to be a "make-up" honeymoon. This was almost worst than our first one.
