We initially booked this cruise in the spring, had to cancel then rebooked it 2 weeks before sailing. Saved $800. This was our 25th Wedding anniversary and we wanted to do another TA. The ports are what made this cruise, Rome, Livorno, Cannes, Barcelona, Alicante, Malaga, Cadiz, Lisbon then the Azores (lost 1 port there because of the weather).

I chose this cruise because I enjoy transatlantic sailings. We embarked at Civitavecchia, visited Livorno, Cannes, Barcelona, Alicante, Malaga, Cadiz, Lisbon, Ponta Delgada and disembarked at my home port, New York City. We had seven fun filled sea days. YES! The infinite veranda is disappointing and a bust! A marketing gimmick promoted by poor design! The cabin is much smaller, narrower and shorter than Celebrity standard balconies on other ships. We love celebrity cruises. The food is great, the service is awesome. However I am not a balcony. It is basically just a room extension with a window which is locked several times by the captain.
