We just returned from a wonderful 7 night cruise of the Eastern Mediterranean on the Liberty. The highlights are as follows: 1. Embarkation- A+..a breeze!! We arrived at the port around 11:30 am and found only 6 other people checking in. We were on the boat in 10 minutes. Rome is the best port to leave from since only 800 or so guests board in Rome. 2. Food- B..Obviously the food isn't what you ...

Have to agree with many of the reviews posted. There were way too many kids on board!! They ran up and down the hallways until all hour of the morning. They were undisciplined and rude - as were their parents. Do people not realize the walls are paper thin and one can hear everything on either side of them? Is it too much trouble to gently close your door instead of letting is SLAM every time you ...

We did a Western Mediterranean cruise from July 17-24th. We had never done the Mediterranean before, and our experience was limited to several Caribbean cruises. We had booked two private tours for two of our ports and two excursions through RC for two other stops. The private tours were terrific, and we couldn't ask for anything better. The RC tours were severely lacking. The Nice/Eze tour, in ...

This was a true family cruise with my adult children and teenage grandchildren. We are familiar with RCCL and this cruise lived up to all expectations. Had 2 adjoining Junior Suites and opening the balcony partition allowed us to move back and forth with ease. I roomed with my 16 yo. granddaughter and 14 yo grandson. The walk in closet gave us an additional dressing area. The dining room staff ...

RCCL was the top of my choice list so there was no question which cruise line, just which cruise. It never let us down. We embarked in Rome for the 7 day Western Medditeranian. Embarkment in Rome was a small group of about 500 only and it was swift and efficient from the shuttle bus to the ship. We were sipping drinks by the main pool, 15 minutes after checking in. We chose Late May because we ...
