Whilst not everything on the ship is working, deck 19, the rest of the ship is fantastic. We had a mini suite. The room looked nice but opened the curtains to the balcony and turned around to see hair from previous guests everywhere and something had been spilled all down the front of the table and fridge. First, it is a beautiful ship, but (a) the first 2 cruises were cancelled because the ship wasn't ready and (b) not all of the venues were open when we boarded what turned out to be the 3rd cruise. Staff is great and they out of their way to please customers. Food is below average and repeats every day. Ship layout is amazing and provides feeling of a smaller ship. Nothing is ever crowded. Free balcony casino player offer. Cabin lovely - glass shower enclosure, sofa, comfy twin beds, adequate closet and drawers. Still winter in Europe so balcony not used.
