1-10 of 42 Rome (Civitavecchia) to Europe Princess Crown Princess Cruise Reviews
I thought the boat was nice and the cruise destinations were good, however the staff and cruise line were very uninformative. There was a change to our first port of call and we were not told at all. Hence missed out on a tour for the Amalfi coast drive not booked through the ship.
Customer service of staff was appalling and the staff did not make us feel like we were welcome. everything was ...
We are a senior couple who choose this cruise mainly for the ports which didn't disappoint.
We used princess transfers before and after cruise. We also booked our flights and our cruise insurance thru them. Using princess transfers we got to the ship early afternoon. At that time our cabin was ready. Our cabin was E320 obstructed view on deck 8 mid ship. The obstruction to the outside was ...
We chose this cruise because of the value and the incredible destinations. Princess offers some of the best destinations at sea. We had a great trip and I will say that Princess treated us far better than any other cruise line I've been on. They actually upgraded us to a balcony room free of charge upon arrival as a honeymoon gift. We also were granted dining credits and $100 onboard spending ...
Good deal on an excellent ship. Nice Itenary. visiting fascinating countries. Food was reasonable and the staff was always professional. Would definitely cruise with Princess again. They demonstrated great attention to the details and kept their focus on the passenger.
Princess personnel do a wonderful job with embarkation. The cruise begins when you get on board, Nice aptmosphere on a can ...
Because we wanted to cruise around the Mediterrean and visit certain countries. The special deal was a very good offer. This was our second cruise through Princess line and really enjoyed our first so this was how we came to our decision. We opted for a balcony stateroom this time and to wake up with a different view in the morning was great. The process of embarkation was smooth and staff ...
We chose this ship as we wanted a Mediterranean cruise in a club class cabin#D417 less expensive than offered by Regent Seven Seas. The ship was very modern with a decent size cabin and very good bed linen and balcony . Our cabin steward was excellent and he provided canapes every day but there was little choice. We had two large TVs to keep us amused.
The ship was very quiet and smooth even in ...
1. We had booked a cabin and the pictures on the web site did not show that this would have pull down beds stowed and a column in the cabin this greatly reduces the limited space and we should have been made aware of this when we booked back in February 2107. We could have then made an informed decision on the cabin instead of me keep hitting the bed that stuck out from the wall with my shoulder ...
We have sailed on Norwegen, Holland America and Oceania.,
Chose this cruise based upon time of year and origin and final ports in the Mediterranean. The stateroom with balcony and the E-Z airfare were very affordable.
Embarkation and disembarkation were very organized and well done.
The public areas of the ship frequently were just a little smelly with sewer smell and on the promenade ...
I had my concerns when I booked this cruise because of some of the reviews I read. However, the itinerary seemed great and I thought I'd give Princess a try. In the past, I have sailed Royal Carribean and Carnival. I was very impressed with my trip and would say I preferred my overall experience on princess over RC and Carnival.
Things I liked:
- the interior rooms, while still small, ...
I chose this cruise because our agent was able to tie it in well with a land trip we were doing earlier. It also included many places that I have always wanted to visit, and some I hadn’t heard of too. When booking we were not told it was 2 back to back cruises, but this did have an effect on the cruise. Ports included were:- Salerno, Kotor, Corfu, Crete, Mykonos, Athens, Santorini (substituted ...
