I just returned from a 15 Transatlantic cruise on The Oosterdam.. There was nothing about the ship that I didn't like. The food, staff, entertainment and overall appearance of the ship was outstanding.
It was my first time on a HAL ship. I suspect it won't be the last.
The staff were very genuine whenever they greeted me. Microsoft had a person to teach all of the Microsoft programs. ...

This cruise where specially choosen becuase of a promise from our agent and the cruise liner, it should have been a nice, comfortable and entertaining tour for a transatlantic travel from Rome to Tampa in Florida.

Food was excellent. Service as usual on HAL wonderful. Entertainment great.

We wanted a cruise coming back to the USA with Tampa as the final port for us as we live in central Florida. Little did we expect the whole ship to be under restrictions because many passengers had a virus - this really puts a burden on the staff especially at meal time.
