Internet was terrible even with assistance onboard!! Shows and entertainment were subpar for any cruise line!!!!! The concierge service is non-existant--never available or do not have answers or make no effort to help. Loved the ship, and the crew extended themselves to make certain we were comfortable. The Riviera is certainly a beautiful new ship, and our amenities were excellent in our Concierge Suite. We have travelled on both Riviera and its sister ship Marina, I believe Marina has the edge in staff friendliest, attention to detail .

Before the cruise, I read some negative reviews of the quality going down after the NCL acquisition of Oceania. And the quality of their tours is not that always good.
In our case, thankfully, the crew in this cruise is the best out of our 3 experience. And the Oceania tour we took in Jerusalem + Bethlehem was fine.
