This was our 4th Norweigan ship and cruise. Out of 20 cruises sailed this was the worst ship we have ever been on. The Rhapsody of the Seas is showing its age. But so is it's crew. Compared to newer designs, Rhapsody of the Seas doesn't feel large enough for the capacity it holds. Ship Problems:- 1) The elevator calling system is a nightmare at boarding and disembarkation as they are far too busy. We (two couples) recently completed a 22 a day Mediterranean cruise on the Noordam, Holland America Line (HAL). All of the party have previously had cruises on other cruise lines and as HAL had been recommended for providing 5 star service we gave it a go.
